CRM Activities and the 360-Degree View

April 29, 2015 – (Recording Available) Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a great solution for managing the relationships with your “customers”. Whether your “customers” are members, employees, students or residents, it is important to keep a record of all interactions or Activities performed for those “customer”. In this session we will explore how to utilize Activities in CRM:

We will start by providing an overview and demonstration of the following activity types available in CRM:

– Email
– Task
– Appointment
– Phone Call
– Note
– Custom Activities

We will also discuss the best clients to use for each activity. To get the 360-Degree View of your “customers” we will explore some reporting options that you or your system administrator can create to view a history of those interactions. Report examples include a chronological history of activities, activities grouped by type, and a count of interactions.
