Arctic IT congratulates our very own Shawn Hanson, Application Support Manager, for being selected as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 FastTrack Recognized Solution Architect 2019. He was chosen as one of nine solution architects world-wide to receive this honor.

Shawn has been involved with Microsoft Dynamics for more than 23 years—the first 19 years as a team member at Great Plains Software and Microsoft. He is an expert in the Dynamics 365 Government Community Cloud and has led successful implementations of high profile, high volume contact centers for federal government agencies. His empathetic, customer-first approach has helped federal customers and nation tribes get the most out of their Dynamics 365 platform investments. Shawn enjoys exceeding client expectations, working on complex projects, and spending time with his wife and two children.
