With 25 years of business technology consulting, financial management, internal operations, and management experience, Jaime’s career began as an end-user of business technology software. It quickly grew into providing professional services to clients and then leading teams of resources focused on implementing Microsoft business applications. Starting her career as an end-user of business technology served as the cornerstone for her success. Jaime truly understands the end-user experience and parlays that insight and empathy to how Arctic IT serves our clients and ensures the best possible client experience. She joined Arctic IT in July 2009.
