For the third year in a row, Arctic IT’s Shawn Hanson, Application Support Manager, has been selected as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 FastTrack Recognized Solution Architect 2021. This year, he is among 56 solution architects world-wide to receive this honor. He is an expert in Microsoft Government Cloud and has led successful implementations of high-profile, high-volume contact centers for federal agencies. His empathetic, customer-first approach has helped customers get the most out of their Dynamics 365 investments. Shawn enjoys exceeding client expectations and working on complex projects.
