Facilitator’s Guide: Used specifically in Train-the-Trainer. A Facilitator’s Guide provides in-depth instructor’s notes, a script, and a demo for leading a class.
Lab Exercises: Similar to the Quick Reference Guides, but more in-depth, more step-by-step and often used in the hands-on portion of a training class.
Training Videos: Short, process-based videos. These require planning, a script, audio and visual editing, closed captioning, and file transfer/hosting.
User Manual: Detailed guide to all processes for users of the system.
