The support center will serve clients in all US time zones, including point-of-sale application support to the National Park Service, and managed services support to clients nationwide. In addition to the Plano support center, Alaska-based clients will continue to be served from our Anchorage operations center.

The Arctic IT Plano support center is open from 7am to 11pm Central time zone, seven days a week with plans to expand to a 24X7 operation.
