Career Summary
Meghan has over 20 years of experience building and empowering teams across multiple industries. Throughout her career, she held diverse roles in numerous business areas, driving company-wide collaboration, communication, and shared vision. As VP of Global Marketing at Bibliotheca, Meghan managed a global team responsible for marketing communications, new product introductions, sales training and product messaging. She helped the company more than double its revenue through both organic growth and a number of mergers and acquisitions. During her two and half years as Director of Marketing Programs at Ceridian, she built and scaled a Program Management team that helped contribute to over $1B in recurring revenue, creating and implementing consistent processes to ensure continued team success. She joined Arctic IT in November 2023.
