Arctic IT is offering two 10-week paid internships for the summer of 2022. These internships are open to Doyon Shareholders who are a freshman or higher college student in good standing. Deadline to apply is March 31, 2022.

Technical Support Intern
The Technical Support (Help Desk) Intern will gain valuable experience learning about troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software and network related issues.
Details include:
- Paid internship on-site
- Full-time, 10-week program
- Report to the National Service Delivery Manager
- Learn and use available internal tools, programs, and applications to assist in daily tasks
- Work under direct supervision troubleshooting workstation software and hardware and escalating when appropriate
- Firsthand knowledge of Doyon companies
Systems Implementation Intern
The Systems Implementation Intern will gain valuable experience within the project implementation life cycle. He/She will be paired up with various members across our Professional Services teams.
Details include:
- Paid internship on-site
- Full-time, 10-week program
- Report to the Functional Consulting Manager
- Learn the tasks and service delivery of project/program management, IT implementation of Tribal Platforms, and systems engineering and security
- Work under direct supervision
- Firsthand knowledge of Doyon companies
