Career Summary
Tom is an inventor, an engineer, a thought-leader, and a trailblazer in bringing technology products to market on the global stage. He began his career first as a developer, then quickly grew into a leader of product development. Spending the majority of his career before Arctic IT at 3M, Tom launched the 3M Cloud Library which became the digital growth driver for the 3M Library Systems Business Unit. From there, he worked on the leadership team that divested and merged the unit with Bibliotheca, where he expanded the Cloud Library into multiple international markets while increasing the content range to include Audiobooks, Magazines, Comics, and Movies. He joined Arctic IT in May 2022.
