Julie received her MBA from University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. She spent nearly 20 years at 3M Company in a variety of engineering and management roles. In 2015, Julie joined Doyon, Limited as the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Doyon, Limited, is an Alaska Native regional corporation with more than 12.5 million acres, 19,000 shareholders and business operations throughout Alaska and the Lower 48. In this role, Julie has responsibility for the oversight of Doyon’s operating subsidiaries and joint ventures.

Julie is actively involved in the community and supports the Dimond High School Engineering Academy, Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education, Montana State University Chemical Engineering Advisory Board, Junior Achievement and the Doyon Foundation.

Matt Borkowski is the Director of Business Applications Sales and a Principal Solution Architect at Arctic IT, a proud part of the Doyon Limited Alaska Native Corporation. With a deep focus on ERP and financial systems, Matt has spent over 18 years championing the implementation of secure, reliable ERP solutions for Native American and Native Alaskan organizations. His work extends beyond system implementation, embracing a strategic approach to AI and cybersecurity that safeguards sensitive systems and sovereign data.

Sunny Eltepu is a Business Applications Technical Specialist at Microsoft, where he helps organizations modernize and streamline their operations through low-code solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. With over a decade of experience as a professional developer, Sunny has worked with numerous Federal agencies—including the IRS, NASA, and the Department of the Treasury—as well as private-sector financial institutions.

Bennie Pennington is the SVP of Product for the Embedded Banking division within KeyCorp’s Commercial Bank. He is responsible for product development and go to market strategy for new solutions in embedded banking and integrated payments. These include solutions to help commercial clients send and receive payments faster and simpler; solutions like payment gateways, ERP integrations, and Virtual Account Management. Bennie’s team supports product management, product development, new product commercialization, and third-party partner management for these digital payment solutions for corporate clients. Prior to KeyBank, Bennie spent 14 years in fintech product strategy and business development including stints at FirstData, Fiserv and Paya.

David Schwantes is a veteran Pre-Sales Specialist with over two decades of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance and Supply Chain. He excels in discovery workshops, business process design, and delivering impactful solution demonstrations that drive decision-making. With an MBA and a strong background in enterprise software, David has successfully supported and led implementations across a wide range of industries. His ability to connect business needs with technical solutions makes him a trusted advisor in the digital transformation journey.

Peter is a seasoned Project Management Professional (certified PMP) with extensive experience in leading projects to implement complex software systems across diverse industries. With over 20 years of expertise in project management, Peter excels at leading teams of experts and stakeholders through the benchmarks, goals, and timelines necessary to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Through a combination of strategic planning, risk management, and clear communication, Peter has successfully guided numerous organizations through the complexities of financial and operations system transformations.

As the Senior Manager of IT Projects at Afognak Native Corporation, Peter manages large-scale software implementations and updates. He works with stakeholders to develop all aspects of the implementation plan and guides cross-functional teams from vendor selection and system design to post-launch support, all while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Matt Vickers is the Head of Product for KeyNavigator, a suite of online and mobile solutions tailored for KeyBank’s commercial and institutional clients. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Matt brings over 21 years of experience at KeyBank, holding various roles in technology and digital innovation. He has led fintech partnerships to deliver next-generation solutions to market and is passionate about mentoring young professionals, helping to shape the next generation of leaders in the industry.
