About the Forum

One event, two days, built around you

Both days follow the same rhythm: lunch at noon, three working sessions, and a happy hour and optional dinner. Expect short presentations that spark conversations, demos from real tribal implementations, and plenty of time with peers who face the same challenges you do.

DAY 1

Day 1 is for leaders responsible for tribal finance and operations, including accounting, reporting, procurement, and multi-entity operations across tribal government, casinos, resorts, and other enterprises.

DAY 2

Day 2 is for leaders responsible for services to tribal members, including enrollment, member services, education, courts, and member portals.

Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder

Owned and operated by the Pueblo of Pojoaque, Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder sits 15 minutes north of Santa Fe on US-84/285, an easy drive from pueblos and tribal communities across northern and central New Mexico, and about an hour from Albuquerque.

Staying over?

Attendees can book a room directly with the hotel. The afternoon format (sessions from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.) is designed so most attendees can drive in and home the same day. View hotel →

How much does it cost?

Nothing. The Forum is free to attend, including lunch, happy hour, and dinner.

Can I attend both days?

Absolutely. Each day is designed to stand alone, but leaders who wear multiple hats are welcome both days. Just select both when you register.

Who should attend?

Day 1: finance, accounting, and procurement leaders across tribal government and tribal enterprises, including casinos and resorts.

Day 2: tribal council/government, program, enrollment/member services, education, and IT leaders.

Is this a sales event?

No. It’s an educational, working event. Sessions are built around discussion, peer exchange, and real examples from tribal organizations.

Do I need a hotel?

Most attendees can drive in for the 12-5pm format. If you’d like to stay, lodging info is above.
