Career Summary
Christi’s career has stretched from banking to governmental accounting and commercial accounting. Experiencing various roles in banking initially sparked her interest in fraud prevention and pushed her to continue her education in Forensic Accounting. She has had the opportunity to work for the Anchorage School District, helping the middle and high schools stay honest in handling and reporting on the use of taxpayer’s funds. Christi has been a part of Arctic IT since 2008, which has offered a nice blend of government and commercial accounting and has opened her mind to a more well-rounded position based around large, complex tasks. In this role, she is constantly learning new things and widening her perspective on business as whole, beyond the accounting and finance umbrella. Christi has been a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) since 2018.

Christi is a 3rd generation Alaskan. She is also a certified American Sign Language instructor for children.
